• Seasonal charters are available only during the dates advertised on our website.

• Availability is limited and trips are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

• A reservation is not confirmed until the required payment or deposit has been received.

• If weather or unsafe water conditions require a trip to be canceled, guests will be offered the opportunity to reschedule for another available date during the same season whenever possible.

• If a seasonal charter cannot be rescheduled before the season ends due to weather or captain cancellation, guests may choose to receive a refund of any payments made or apply the amount paid toward another Sharky Tours charter.

• Seasonal dates and trip offerings may change without notice due to state and federal regulations, fishery closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Catches, wildlife sightings, and specific experiences cannot be guaranteed, as every trip is dependent on natural conditions.
