Set out with your family or special person on an unforgettable evening aboard Captain Sharky's ICW Sunset Tour. Relax as you cruise the sparkling waters, watch dolphins swim and play, and take in the breathtaking sunset on the water. Designed for groups of up to four guests, this private Carolina Sunset Cruise offers the perfect way to relax and enjoy the breathtaking coastal scenery. The $250 charter fee covers everyone in your party, one flat rate with no per-person charges. All charters depart from Jacksonville Landing, conveniently located in Jacksonville, NC, providing easy access to the scenic waters of the New River and surrounding coastal areas.
Cancellation Policy
Please read the following policies carefully before participating in a Sharky Tours Sunset Tour. By booking a tour, all guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. Safety First: The Captain has full authority over the vessel and all decisions regarding safety. Guests must follow all instructions provided by the Captain and crew. U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets are provided and must be worn when instructed by the Captain. Any unsafe, reckless, or disruptive behavior may result in the tour ending immediately without a refund. Weather & Water Conditions: Safety is our top priority. Tours may be canceled, delayed, shortened, or rescheduled due to weather, sea conditions, or other safety concerns at the Captain's discretion. If Sharky Tours cancels a trip due to weather or unsafe conditions, guests may choose to: Reschedule for another available date, or Receive a full refund. Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. Tours depart promptly at the scheduled time. Guests arriving after departure will be considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund. Wildlife Viewing: Sharky Tours strives to provide an enjoyable and memorable experience on every Sunset Tour. While dolphins and other coastal wildlife are frequently seen, we cannot guarantee sightings. Dolphins are wild animals and move freely throughout their natural habitat. Their presence depends on factors beyond our control, including tides, weather, water conditions, feeding patterns, and the time of day. Because wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed: No refunds, discounts, credits, or rescheduled tours will be provided if dolphins or other wildlife are not observed during your trip. Every effort will be made by the Captain to visit areas where dolphins are commonly seen when it is safe and practical to do so. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the complete Sunset Tour experience, including the scenic waterways, coastal wildlife, beautiful sunsets, and time on the water.
