Service Description
Enjoy a four hour relaxing tour along the Intracoastal Waterway and North Topsail Beach. Perfect for families and visitors eager to soak up the sun and take in the scenic beauty of the coast. Spend your day searching for seashells and shark teeth, exploring hidden sandbars, and relaxing in the warm Carolina sunshine, an adventure everyone will remember. Complimentary bottled water and Gatorade are provided on every tour. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and additional beverages to enjoy during the trip. Designed for groups of up to six guests, this private Island Time Adventure offers plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the experience. The $400 charter fee covers all guests in your party, one flat rate with no per-person charges. All charters depart from Jacksonville Landing, conveniently located in Jacksonville, NC, providing easy access to the scenic waters of the New River and surrounding coastal areas.
Cancellation Policy
By booking a Sharky Tours Island Adventure Tour, guests agree to the following terms and conditions: Your safety is our highest priority. The Captain has full authority over the vessel and may modify, shorten, delay, reschedule, or cancel a tour due to weather, water conditions, mechanical issues, or other safety concerns. If Sharky Tours cancels a tour due to unsafe conditions, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund. Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled departure. Tours depart on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced tour time or be considered a no-show without a refund. This tour includes cruising the Intracoastal Waterway, visiting islands and sandbars, and opportunities to search for seashells and shark teeth. While we strive to visit the best locations, shells, shark teeth, wildlife, and specific sandbars cannot be guaranteed. Natural conditions such as tides, weather, erosion, and wildlife activity change daily and are beyond our control. Guests are welcome to swim, explore, and relax at designated stops; however, all activities are at each guest's own risk. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times, both on the boat and while exploring islands or sandbars. Complimentary bottled water and Gatorade are provided. Guests are welcome to bring additional food and beverages. Please drink responsibly. Illegal drugs and excessive alcohol consumption are prohibited and may result in the tour ending without a refund. Guests must follow all instructions from the Captain. Unsafe, reckless, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund. Boating, swimming, and exploring natural areas involve inherent risks, including changing weather, tides, uneven terrain, marine life, slippery surfaces, and strong currents. By participating, guests voluntarily assume these risks and release Sharky Tours, its owners, Captain, and crew from liability for injuries or damages except where prohibited by law or resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Sharky Tours is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies.
