Our 5-hour Nearshore Fishing Adventure keeps you within 3 miles of the coast, making it a great choice for families, beginners, and experienced anglers alike. Target a variety of seasonal fish while enjoying scenic coastal views. Designed for two guests, this private fishing charter provides extra room to fish comfortably. The $600 price covers both participants, no additional charge for the second guest. All charters depart from Jacksonville Landing, conveniently located in Jacksonville, NC, providing easy access to the scenic waters of the New River and surrounding coastal areas. Whether you're hoping to reel in your first catch or simply spend a relaxing morning or afternoon on the water, Captain Sharky will provide a fun, safe, and memorable fishing experience for everyone aboard.
Cancellation Policy
By booking a Sharky Tours Nearshore Fishing Charter, guests agree to the following terms and conditions: Your safety is our highest priority. The Captain has full authority over the vessel and may modify, shorten, reschedule, or cancel a trip due to weather, sea conditions, mechanical issues, or other safety concerns. If Sharky Tours cancels a charter, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund. Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled departure. Charters depart on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced fishing time or be considered a no-show without a refund. Fishing is a recreational outdoor activity, and catching fish cannot be guaranteed. Success depends on weather, tides, water conditions, seasonal fish movement, and other natural factors beyond our control. No refunds or credits will be issued due to slow fishing or because fish are not caught. Guests must follow all instructions from the Captain and crew. Unsafe, reckless, or disruptive behavior, including excessive alcohol consumption or possession of illegal drugs, may result in the trip ending without a refund. All guests participate at their own risk. Boating and fishing involve inherent risks, including rough water, changing weather, slippery surfaces, fishing hooks, marine life, and other natural hazards. By participating, guests voluntarily assume these risks and release Sharky Tours, its owners, Captain, and crew from liability for injuries or damages except where prohibited by law or resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Sharky Tours is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. All fishing activities are conducted in accordance with North Carolina and federal fishing regulations. The Captain reserves the right to release fish that are undersized, out of season, protected, or otherwise required by law. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies.
