Cancellation Policy
To cancel or refund, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival for a free refund. All bookings cancelled after the 24hr period up to an hour before your booking, there will be a $150 non-refundable charge. If you cancel an hour or become a no show, there will be a $200 non-refundable charge. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your booking.
